You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The seal, box, and label are intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns if:
- The perfume has been used, opened, or damaged
- The product was purchased on sale or promotion (unless defective)
- The return request is made after 14 days
🔁 Exchange Policy
If you receive:
- A wrong product
- A damaged or leaked item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video.
We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
💰 Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be made via bank transfer or easypaisa/jazzcash.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Military Scents will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, return shipping will be paid by the customer.
